I am a qualified Integrative Therapist and Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy MBACP based in Whyteleafe. I have experience working in the IAPT (NHS) sector, in a secondary school supporting young people, as well as long term work with adults. I have experience supporting individuals in a breadth of presenting issues including trauma, identity issues, self-harm, suicide ideation, low self-esteem, work-related stress, as well as anxiety and depression. I am currently accepting private clients in Whyteleafe Monday-Wednesday and London (Soho) on Thursday. I am now accepting young adult clients in my London office.
I am here to focus on you, to develop a shared understanding and help you overcome issues that are causing emotional pain and distress. I support individuals to heal, develop self-awareness and build resilience. This can be achieved by providing short term or long term counselling, listening to your concerns, and customising a therapeutic plan.
I work diligently to create a safe, confidential, and legally responsible practice. I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework (https://www.bacp.co.uk/events-and-resources/ethics-and-standards/ethical-framework-for-the-counselling-professions/ethics/) maintain Indemnity coverage, receive regular Clinical Supervision, attend CPD and adhere to GDPR regulations.
